Joseph Palumberi brings more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience and a deep understanding of the Southwest Florida market to Elliman Capital. Originally from Connecticut, Joseph moved to Naples more than 25 years ago and has called the area home ever since. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive experience helping clients navigate a wide range of residential financing needs.

Joseph began his mortgage career working with a mortgage broker for nine years before spending 14 years with Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking and nearly two years with Chase Private Client Mortgage. For the past 15 years, his practice has focused primarily on serving high-net-worth clients whose financial profiles often require a more personalized and strategic approach to mortgage financing.

Drawing on his private banking experience, Joseph understands the complexities that can accompany sophisticated income, assets, and financial structures. He works closely with each client to understand the complete financial picture and identify mortgage solutions aligned with their individual needs and objectives.
