With hands-on experience in acquisitions and development at The Martin Agency, he has developed a sharp understanding of property valuation, deal structuring, and the client experience from both sides of the transaction.

A graduate of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a BBA in Business Management, Jake combines business acumen with a people-first approach.
